We will chat about your headline needs, vision and where you want to get to.
We will submit a proposal with high level requirements capture, desired benefits and budget.
We start to collect data, look at the AS-IS, dig into the culture and talk to stakeholders and subject matter experts within your business.
We will then write and submit a detailed proposal & pricing after which we start to bring together the team to start the main body of work.
3.0 GAP ANALYSIS
Here we start to drill into the identified areas. We will work with you to really understand the AS-IS, business analysis, processes and system reviews.
We will walk the process and understand the people aspects.
4.0 ROAD MAP
Here we use our depth and breadth of experience & best practice solutions, an understanding of the desired outcomes and with your collaboration we synthesise the best options against the desired end state.
With you we will develop implementation plans and prepare to manage the implementation process with you.
We will have developed and agreed a road map. We now work with you to Implement it.
We will engage with all of the relevant stakeholders, provide training, support and coaching as needed to ensure the planned benefits and changes are realised.
We will have mapped the desired benefits against your project business case already.
In this phase we will map the convergence of these to ensure we all achieve the desired outcomes
